1. Introduction
Welcome to Talenture.ai, an AI-powered recruitment and talent enablement platform designed to improve hiring outcomes and career development through intelligent automation.
Our platform serves two types of users:
- Candidates: individuals seeking job opportunities, interview preparation, and career growth tools.
- Companies: organizations using Talenture.ai to post jobs, discover talent, and optimize recruitment workflows.
By creating an account or using our services, you (“User”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you must not use Talenture.ai.
These Terms apply to all use of our website, platform, and services, and form a legally binding agreement between you and Talenture, headquartered in The Netherlands.
2. Platform Purpose
Talenture.ai provides a suite of AI-driven recruitment and talent services, including:
- Smart job and talent matching
- Interview training and feedback generation for candidates
- Job posting automation and multi-channel vacancy distribution for companies
- Analytics and workflow tools to improve recruitment efficiency and fairness
The platform combines artificial intelligence and human oversight to ensure faster, fairer, and more transparent hiring processes.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- Companies must be legally registered entities or authorized recruiters.
3.2 Account Creation
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any activity on your account.
3.3 Account Use
You agree not to:
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Use the Platform for unlawful or discriminatory purposes.
- Share or sell access to your account.
Talenture reserves the right to verify identity and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Roles and Responsibilities
4.1 Candidates
- Create and maintain accurate personal profiles.
- Use tools such as interview training and skill development responsibly.
- Understand that AI-generated feedback or job suggestions are advisory and not guarantees of employment.
- Refrain from uploading unlawful, false, or proprietary data.
4.2 Companies
- Post legitimate and non-discriminatory job opportunities.
- Use candidate data only for lawful recruitment purposes.
- Ensure job postings comply with labor, anti-discrimination, and data protection laws.
- Safeguard recruiter accounts and access to Talenture services.
Talenture reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these responsibilities.
5. Platform Services
Talenture.ai provides access to both free and paid services, including:
- AI-driven job and candidate recommendations
- Interview coaching and feedback analytics
- Automated multi-job posting and recruitment campaign tools
- Dashboards, analytics, and candidate management functions
Talenture may update or enhance these services over time, and new features may be subject to additional terms or fees.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
6.1 User Data
All data provided by candidates and companies (profiles, job postings, resumes, etc.) remains the property of the user who supplied it.
6.2 License to Talenture
By using the Platform, users grant Talenture a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to:
- Process and analyze data for service delivery.
- Use data for AI model training, automation, and product improvement.
- Store and reproduce data as necessary to operate the Platform.
This license does not transfer ownership and always complies with GDPR principles.
6.3 Platform IP
All AI systems, software, trademarks, and designs are the intellectual property of Talenture.
Users may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Platform.
7. Use of AI and Automation
Talenture.ai uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to:
- Match jobs and candidates
- Generate personalized interview preparation and career insights
- Automate job distribution across multiple platforms
- Analyze hiring performance and suggest improvements
7.1 AI Principles
Our systems are governed by:
- Transparency: Users are informed when AI is used.
- Human Oversight: AI supports, but does not replace, human decision-making.
- Fairness: Regular audits are performed to reduce algorithmic bias.
- Privacy: All data use complies with GDPR and Dutch privacy law.
AI outputs are advisory only and should not be treated as factual or determinative.
8. Data Processing and Subprocessors
While full data protection details are governed by our Privacy Policy, Talenture may:
- Employ trusted subprocessors (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, AI infrastructure).
- Process anonymized and aggregated data to improve models.
- Store data within the EEA or in jurisdictions with adequate data protection safeguards.
All subprocessors operate under GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Platform, upload harmful content, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Discriminate, harass, or defame others.
- Harvest or share personal data obtained through the Platform without consent.
Talenture may suspend or terminate access for violations.
10. Service Availability and Modifications
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Talenture may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the Platform without prior notice.
Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or AI system updates.
11. Fees and Payments
Certain features may require paid subscriptions or one-time fees.
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include applicable Dutch VAT unless otherwise stated.
Non-payment may result in account suspension.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Dutch law:
- Talenture is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, opportunities, or data.
- AI recommendations are informational only and do not constitute professional advice or employment guarantees.
- Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
13. Termination
- Users may delete accounts at any time.
- Talenture may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of law or these Terms.
- Upon termination, data will be handled per the Privacy Policy.
14. Third-Party Links and Integrations
Talenture.ai may connect with external tools (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, or calendar apps).
Talenture is not responsible for external content or privacy practices.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Any dispute shall be brought before the competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Nothing limits statutory consumer rights under Dutch or EU law.
16. Updates to These Terms
Talenture may revise these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes.
Users will be notified of material updates. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
